admin dfd7180556 feat: bubbletea TUI — wizard + dashboard 
- Wizard: type pick → cloud region → token → node config (huh forms)
- Dashboard: node list with status, action shortcuts
- Auto-routes based on ~/.wallarm/state.json existence
- Replaces text stubs with proper interactive TUI
